I called TWH today to inquire about getting my nutrition class changed as it was scheduled for September 27th and I am running training for my employer that day so could not miss it.  Patrice was so kind and helpful and offered me a spot on September 7th........I seriously have not met one sour person yet at TWH - it's been so great!

that's awesome, PJB!!! I've always found that when i treat people with respect and kindness, i ususally get the same back. When i don't get it back, i just amp up the niceness, cuz it really ****** them off. lol

 I agree, I called today to get my s/w appt moved up and although it wasn't by much it was worth the call....looks like I will be hanging out in TO for the afternoon.  Always pleasant on the phone.

TWH has put together a kind, respectful and knowledgeable team.  I feel fortunate to have gone through my WLS with them.  It's nice to see them positively acknowleged.
