What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Middle schools and high schools were always my favourites to work at. I get a HUGE kick out of grade 6-ers - let the hormones begin! You'll have a great year. You're a great teacher.

Good morning everyone.
Nothing exciting today: work, a good long workout, maybe finish closet shopping (I have one size down from where I am, then it will be major VV shopping). My boys are still away camping, so I may even sit on my a$$ and watch a movie by myself tonight.
B - 2 poached eggs, 1/2 slice ww toast, grapes
S - decaf tea w/ milk
L - leftover garlic and rosemary chicken, salad w/ LF dressing
S - protein shake
D - fish, corn, raw veggies w/ tzatziki
S - a few crackers w/ peanut butter

IS IT THE WEEKEND YET????
Somehow this week has been rough on the ole bod.
Constipation, vomiting, extremely tired.
Dunno - feel almost like it's unrelated to the WLS, but I guess I'll wait and see.
Also MAJOR bummed about the end of the summer. This was a good one.
B - bowl of Special K, large milky tea
S - joghurt + raspberries
L - 2 oz cheddar + 1 pear + 1 turkey pepperette
S - protein shake
D - Melon cubes + 1 slices prosciutto, fat removed.
1 litre water
Multivitamins in, B12 and calcium still to go.

I'm quite happy today...only working until 2 today and then I'm working from home tomorrow so no commute time!! YEAH!!
Will do my 30 minutes on the treadmill when I get home...then I'm off to get my hair cut...I'll probably also take the dogs for a walk sometime in the evening.

S - rice cakes (I think I'm addicted to these carb laden treats)
