"I can see it in your face"

I've been getting this comment a lot, and although I appreciate that the acknowledgement of my weight loss, it makes me laugh.

To quote comic John Pinette:  "How big was my head?  What am I?  The Kool-Aid Man!"

That's funny, but it's true.  In myself, and in pics that I've seen posted, faces seem to lose their puffiness.  Now that my face is less puffy, I find I don't wear my hair as puffy - I figured if my face was big, my hair had to be equally big so I'd be balanced.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

It's true! I CAN see it in your face! But then, that's all that's in the picture!!

And isn't it nice having only one chin! Looking forward to that myself.

i got my hair cut yesterday, and the hairdresser commented "you're going shorter as you get bolder", and i replied "I dont have to hide anymore" and she said to me "you never did have to hide".. i love her.
