I can add to what they said - my weekly grocery bill is about 1/4 to 1/3 of what it was previously - and some of that is cat food and vitamins.
I hated hated hated flying because of the seatbelts. It was so embarassing to ask for the extender belt.
But a poor woman who sat next to me on the short jump from Vancouver to Victoria a few years back has it worse - the armrests didn't move on that small plane, and she spent the flight perched between her two armrests, her butt wouldn't go down any further.
All that is gone now - wahoo.
