Morning all,

Been up since 1:30 - damned insomnia! Going to go and watch TV in bed shortly - maybe I'll nod off for a bit. lol  Doing some cooking today (Mexican egg bites, spicy BBQ meatballs in the crockpot) and then visiting with friends this afternoon.  Nice to have the day off :)

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - melon chunks, small piece of brie on a melba round
L - 6" sub loaded with meat, cheese and veggies, just the bottom bun (and likely not all of that either)
S - likkely nothing, or just some tea
D - meatballs, stir fried veggies

Need to take a nice drive in the country today. Yup NEED!! lol



B- Tim Hortons coffee with scoop of beneprotein
S- laughing cow cheese wedge and couple crackers
L- Left over dreamfields pasta with meat sauce
S-green grapes and turkey pepperette
D-1/2 grilled chicken breast (about 3 oz) and corn on the cob if I spot a farmer selling any today

Hmmm... I think I'll have a laughing cow wedge instead of the brie.  I have the garlic and herb ones which are deeeeelish.

Good morning! Not much planned today... hanging with the boys as per usual. :)

B - Protein shake.
S - Medium orange.
L - Tuna and brocolli casserole (my first time making it since surgery).
S - Decaf. with 1% milk.
D - Same as lunch if it sits well.
S - Yogurt.

Morning all

Damned insomnia is right - I was watching TV at 3 - fortunately I fell asleep again at 4:30....its the pits Karen!

Back to routine after a lovely few days off

B - Protein shake

s - 1 oz of smoked trout

l - 2 eggs and 1 piece of canadian bacon

s - will bring an apple to the Ti-Cat game

D - filet mignon - mushrooms - squash

s - frozen yogurt bar

All water - 3 litres at least - plus some coffee and vits

It does indeed suck Barb!

Oh, and Ti-Cats?  Puh-leeeze.  The last time I went to an Argo's game a whole section of people were singing, "I'd rather be an Argo than a F-ing Tiger Cat". LOL

Cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning. And I LOVE it! My brother and his family moved out this weekend and I've been cleaning ever since. I love that my house will now STAY clean! He has 3 kids (aged 15, 13 & 4) and they all made a huge mess on a daily basis.

Menu for today:

B : 1/2c Special K Protein Plus w/ 1/2c milk
L : BBQ Beef Skewer
D : Ocean's Tuba Snack Kit
S: Grapes, Cheddar, Protein Shake

Things are staying down better. I find I m getting fuller faster though - gotta slow down the eating I think.

Good morning everyone.

Planning a workout for this morning, then running a couple of errands, finishing back-to-school preparations, and making spaghetti sauce.  I'm having my niece and nephew over for dinner tonight (they're 20 and 16). 

I'm looking forward to having my son back into his regular routine, and am excited about starting school myself in a few days (yes, I'm going to do graduate studies at 45 years old!).

B - 1/3 slice ww toast, 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 oz light marble cheddar
S - hard boiled egg, decaf tea w/ skim milk (not together)
L - 3 oz turkey, 1/2 C green beans
S - protein drink
D - 1/3 C ww spaghetti w/ 1/3 C high protein sauce, a bit of salad
S - probably some SF jello

Nice long walk today, probably near the Lakeshore.
Can't believe the summer's over. Damn.
