What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
Morning (?) all :)
L-a-z-y start to the day. Have to pick up some groceries and run a few errands and maybe stop with Joe for a bevvie on a patio if it isn't pouring!
B - coffee with milk x 2
S - protein shake
L - 1/2 small bun toasted with old cheddar, 1 slice bacon, sliced tomatoes
S - not sure yet, will likely still be shopping - maybe an iced coffee!
D - BBQ chicken breast, grilled veggies, 1 baby red potato w/ a little sour cream and chives

Painting a #!%! ceiling. Oh how I hate to paint - a "summer" goal that I've put off and off... also going to a corn roast with family and friends.
B - decaf w milk and sweetner, bran muffin
S - peach
L - toasted tomato sandwich w 30 gms cheddar (12 grain bread - pre-op)
S - iced coffee
D- corn on cob & ? (I'm taking tomato salad w feta/olives)
S - yoghurt w banana

Good afternoon!
I'm pretty late getting onto this thread; better late than never! Just got back from a full day at the museum with my son and one of his friends. Off to my parents' house for dinner shortly (my mom is an amazing cook; God, please give me the strength to resist most of what she's cooking today!)
B - .1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/3 C blueberries
S - 2 oz grapes, decaf tea w/ milk (not together)
L - 3 oz turkey, 2 crackers, raw veggies w/ tzatziki
S - decaf tea w/ milk, protein shake
D - I have no idea; hope mom is making something healthy!
S - probably won't have a snack tonight, as odds are good that dinner will be a bit high-cal; maybe 5-10 calories worth of SF jello

Returned today from 5 great days in the north - a little golf and lots of R and R
Went to see "The Debt" today - great movie - and then off to RibFest in Burlington
B - 1/2 bagel on the road
s - other half
l - bit of popcorn
s - big glass of OJ because of **** poor breakfast and lunch....
s - 3 oz salmon
RIBFEST - exactly 3 ribs and 6 fries was all I could eat
S - if I need it - more salmon
All water and vits.....holiday over now so better eating ahead!!
