I love my crockpot - and since it's been so cool this weekend, I've had a real hankering to get back to using it again!  I love coming home from work to find dinner ready. lol

Good reminder re. the protein intake.  I've done much better having added a 30g shake each morning, seems to get my digestion going and finding it easier to eat the the remainder of the day. Not to mention, I actually really LIKE the RDT Premier shakes from Costco - no fuss, no muss, tastes good. :)

Do you ever add teh Premier to coffee? just wondering what that's like?

I definitely have, yes!  You have to wait for the coffee to cool down a little before adding, then just stir and enjoy.  Sometimes I'll add a sugar free syrup shot (like cinammon) as well.  It also works REALLY well being added to iced coffee (no sugary base, of course).  Very yummy.

what happens if you don't wait for it to cool down? Does it curdle? I'm just looking to get more protein in, so I don't need the sugar free syrup shots (although I have plenty of it at home!)
