Not sure, but I'm wary of it possibly curdling - don't wanna take my chances.  I just mean letting it cool down for a couple of minutes, so it's not at "boiling".

It's a sad day at my house, kids are back at school and the chaos begins!

I'm freezing already and I'm never cold...not looking forward to this winter.
I have a bag of cloths to give away. Size 16-18. I live in Belleville.

I'm 4 mnths post op and still losing!
B 1 egg and 1/2 banana
S 1/2 banana
L protein bar and 1/4 c of tabouleh
S nectarine
D something warm??? Pesto chicken and fresh green beans with new potatoes
S sf pudding(I've been craving chocolate, so this is the next best thing!

I had a call from the dietitian last week and my blood work is all great!!
I just need to drink a little more. So I've been drinking 2 liters of water and take all my vitamins.

Here's to a 4 day week! And happy first day of school everyone.

For the first time, I'm embarrassed to write down what I've eaten today.  I don't know what happened (possibly PMS; my cycle is all messed up), but I lost control today with food for the first time since surgery (April 11/11).  I actually ate milk chocolate and once I started I just wanted more. It's a total binge food for me, and now it's completely OFF MY LIST of "maybe I can have just one" foods. I arrived home to an empty house smelling of fresh baked bread, so I had bread and peanut butter for dinner.  I feel crappy.  Didn't meet my protein goal and don't want to make it up with a protein shake because I've gone over my caloric max for the day (1000) by about 350 calories. Yuck.  Back on the horse starting NOW and may de-carb (except for fruit and veggies) for the next few days.  I hope someone else can learn from my mistakes!

You know the drill so I wont repeat it.....maybe add some extra water in to help flush the junk out

Good luck

Hey Barb.  Thanks for reminding me about the extra water.  I'm sure it will help a lot over the next few days.  And thanks also for giving feedback without an added helping of shame!  I do that to myself quite enough. I'll plan and post for tomorrow, although I don't know how early I'll get the chance to get on the forum; Wed's are a bit insane for me at work.
