Good morning!! Had an excellent run last night. It was so breezy down by the water in Port Credit, I felt like I could go forever. The waves were HUGE and spilling over the sidewalk. It was a very inspiring place to be out and active yesterday. So tired when I got home at 8, that I felt straight to sleep and didn't look back till morning. :D This morning, down 2 pounds...yay!

L- Weigh****chers Salisbury Steak frozen meal (21p)

***Proposed protein intake= 86 grams

I love the Premier Protein bars from Costco, carry them in my bag.
They're a little high in calories, but they pack a lot of protein in.
So I have half a bar (15 g) and save the rest for later.
Fills me up too.
