What are you eating/doing today? (Friday!)
Morning all :)
It's Friiiiiiday!!! Yippee! Had a fab dinner with Monica last night - was even warm enough to sit out on the patio for dinner. She is looking wonderful!
Working today - and I think a co-worker and I will attend a lunch event for our division. Not sure what's on the menu, but it's usually Greek - hope so!
B - coffee with milk x 2, 42g cheddar, 4 melba rounds
S - protein shake
L - not sure! Protein and veg of some sort
S - won't need one I'm sure, maybe some more coffee or a cup of tea
D - no clue. lol Didn't take anything out of the freezer, so I'm thinking an apps dinner. Shrimp with ****tail sauce, veggies and dip, etc. (Hmm.. maybe Joe will take me out.)

I've been up making mini meat loaves for the past 3 hours. Last batch just came out of the oven. Off to the cottage for the weekend later this afternoon and hopefully go hiking up Mount Cheminis if the weather agrees. So far it's looking like a beautiful day.
B - omelette with tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozza
S - greek yogurt with some raspberries thrown in
L - chicken/veggie soup, apple
S - carrot sticks and tzatziki
D - mini meatloaf, green salad
S - greek yogurt with a splash of chocolate davinci then partially frozen

I think aqua zumba would be a hoot. I'll have to look and see if it's offered here in Mississauga. You'd think I'd know, working in Rec and Parks and all.....
