Thanks, everyone. Sometimes I think I don't look any different, but then I see the pics and try on smaller clothes, or put on something old and it's big. That's when you really see it in yourself.

I agree, Beth. I know others are seeing a different me than I am seeing in the mirror, even though the scale and the clothes say differently. I don't like the head game part of this journey. I vowed to be kinder to myself a few weeks ago, but sometimes it's hard. I hope my eyes and my brain catch up to each other soon.

And you look amazing, btw! Congratulations.
