Barb, you have a better idea of what I look like than me knowing what you look like. LOL I think I will be in NL tomorrow at some point. Have to go pay Dr. Marcassa for my son's appointment that Great West wouldn't pick up. Goodbye $800. I am going to have to look in my son's high school yearbook to see if you are in there then we will be on fairer playing field.

80 calories isn't bad. Since I crave ice cream (and don't eat it) it might work for me.

Insomnia DOES bite.
Why do we all suffer from it?
Is it our hormones?
I had 1 hour and 20 minutes sleep last night [whine ***** moan]
B - 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel, large Earl Grey tea
S - Yoghurt w strawberries + banana
L - 2 oz cheddar, 10 grapes, crackers
S - protein bar + milk
D - tossed salad w roast chicken
1 litre water
multivitamins in, still have to hit the B12 and calcium.
Wahoo - I'm below 170 as of today!!
