Had an AHA! Moment
So, I decided to go over my notes, booklet, food journal, etc. Then I figured it out. I have been eating too much protein for a few days a week. So any weight I was losing was being gained back. The nutritionist had said to eat 65g/day, but some days, I was getting in over 70-75g. I was weighing, but I was just taking in too much.
Now that I've got that figured out, I'm back on track.
Moral of the Story: Don't assume you've got it down right. Go back and check yourself every once in awhile.

Sometimes you just put one foot in front of the other, even if you don't know where you're going.

For 3-4 weeks, sticking at the same weight is pretty common.
A true STALL (as I once read) was not losing weight for ONE MONTH or more. You say 3-4 weeks. Have you been recording your weight? I've found that, with me, I often over-estimate how long I've been "stuck". When I go back and look - the 3 weeks I thought I was the same was really only a week and a half. It is easy to forget when you stare at that scale every day.
I know exactly when I started to stall - the week I went back to work. That was August 16th, and the bouncing around has been since then.
Perhaps I'm rationalizing it, but I know I was told 65g/day, and I've been getting in more than that at work, and closer to 65 when I'm not working. I haven't heard about the true stall timeframe before - the most I've heard is 2 - 3 weeks.
If the excess protein isn't it, then I'm stumped. I guess we'll see what the next weeks brings. (I've got my 3 mon appt on the 27th and will bring it up then.)
I know what you mean by 10 days feeling like 3 weeks. I'm not even 3 months out, but it feels like 6 months.
Thanks.
