Morning all :)

Yes, that was me posting to threads at 2 AM.  'Nuff said.

Working today then out for cawfee with the Mississauga peeps!

RNY 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x 2
S - cheese and a couple of crackers (forgot my protein shake at home!)
L - fresh shrimp spring rolls (the kind with veggies and made with rice paper), a little spicy dip (3 pieces only 94 calories?!)
S - 21g cheddar, 1/2 an apple
D - something quick before coffee night - maybe a soup from Tim's.
S - coffee with milk

Well two sick kids, have to work 11-7 at my office and thank goodness my husband has finished his last night shift (he is a police officer) so he can be here with the kids when I leave,  What a week!!!

karen, hope you get some rest tonight!

my second day in a row posting...i'm hoping it sticks...yesterday i ended up swapping out what i was planning to have for dinner for paramount (lebanese)....well worth it :)

B - egg salad w/ 2 melba toast
S - simply bar (16g of protein!)
L - 1/3 C greek yogurt w/ mixed berries, 1 T Bran & 2 T granola
S - cheese stick
D - chicken & havarti rollup x 3 (i might include a pickle with each one)
S - popcorn

Mmm... I love Lebanese food.  There is an awesome restaurant by me called Tarboosh.  They have a vegetarian lunch buffet everyday - I think it's like $6 or something - and the food is soooo fresh and delicious.

Hmmm... must go there soon.

i grew up eating lebanese food...it's mainstreamed itself more into my diet than it ever has before....i have paramount at least twice a week...i believe they have one in mississauga as well!
