What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Sad that I am going to miss our coffee night tonight, but maybe I will pop by on the way home and see if y'all are still there. We run at 6:40, so I may be able to be back by 7:20ish. I'll be all sweaty and no one will want to sit beside me, but that's your prob. not mine 
B- Kashi Dark Chocolate Almonds bar (6), small apple
S- Cottage cheese with pineapple (11)
L- Mini tuna kit (14)
S- Pure Protein Bar (20)
D- Sheppard's pie- minus most of the mashed potatoe (haven't calculated the protein yet)
S- Iced coffee at Tim's if I actually make it in time for the meeting :)

At Metro in the fresh asian case (where all the rolls and sushi are). I bought rice papers, going to try to make my own this weekend!

Does't insomnia suck? I just have kids that wake me up.
Survived my workout yesterday (I think he took it easy on me), and today I have my 3 month follow up. Then massage therapist tonight ;0)

S - sliced steak in mushroom soup (leftovers)
L - Orange
S - Raisons
D - meatballs and spaghetti sauce
S - cheese if needed.

Ok, now I'm craving Lebanese food... might have to cave into it in the next few days....
Hitting the books hard all day today and into the evening, with breaks for lunch with hubby, dinner, and possibly homework with the little guy. I usually work on Wed's (11 hrs) but have taken 4 consecutive Wed's off so that I can settle into my new life as a full-time student.
B - toast (yes, I ate a whole piece of toast; satisfied a craving that's been going on for days) with jam; very low protein/high carb brekkie, but I'll make up for it later
S - 1/3 C Greek yogurt w/ 1/3 C mixed berries
