What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Had a great long walk last night after work - it'll have to make up for my lack of exercise tonight.
Looking forward to seeing you-all in Mississauga tonight.

B - bowl of oatmeal, large milky tea
S - joghurt w sliced strawberry & banana
L - homemade ratatouille w lamb
S - protein bar, glass of milk
D - McDonald's chicken wrap near the missisauga Cawfee talk - supposedly good for us?
S - medium cawfee
1 litre water
Multivitamins and B12 in, but waiting on calcium + D3.

Hey Kid - yeah the insomnia sucks big time.....I am trying my work-out this afternoon instead of at 6:30A.M to see if I sleep better without KNOWING I have to get up and go early in the morning...
I mean I am up anyway....but its the knowing i have to be somewhere....
b - bagel with creme cheese
l - out - grilled chicken on greek salad
s - rest of lunch
d - salmon and veggies
s - ryecrisp with laughing cow
All water and vits and many many coffee's

Hello everyone.
I'm having a ruff week...had to have one of my dogs put down on Monday. He was old and it was time...but it's still hard.
Will be doing my 30 minutes on the treadmill when I get home and then I have my dog agility class tonight.
B - egg/slice multi-grain toast
S - nectarine
L - 3oz chicken curry salad
S - banana
D - cheeseburger
S - pretzels and/or rice krispies and/or crispers
Only at about 57g of protein so I may throw in some cheese or tuna or something to get my numbers up.
