What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Awwww sorry to hear about your doggie---I have a cat that's 13 and I know the day is coming. I've lost many cats over the years but the 2 I have have been great comfort to me , with all my illness and surgeries. Thankfully my little guy (part siamese affectionate suck) is only 3 so I have a few good years left with him.

Thanks. It is very hard to make that final decision...you don't want to make it too soon...but you also don't want them to suffer. I hate it. Sadly I lost my cat in October of last year...it is so hard. I do have three dogs left...one is quite old. She'll be 10 in December (which is her breeds life expectancy...but she's in good shape so I don't anticipate losing her any day soon). The other two are quite young 7 (life expectancy of 13) and 4 (life expectancy of 15) which is good. They really are a great comfort!!

Apparently it's a salad day!
-Protein coffee X 2
-Caprese Salad: fresh tomato, basil, peccorino fresco, olive oil
-1 TSP NSA peanut butter melted with a little NSA caramel and a dollop of cool whip
-Protein shake (Syntrax Nectar)
-Pear, Stilton, Arugula, Baby Spinach and sliced almond salad (my walnuts tasted funny) with a white balsamic vinagrette
And for dinner, probably:
-Mushroom & Provolone stuffed chicken breast (PC frozen) with garden veggies.
-Later: blueberry stew and cool whip.
And for doing, I have a therapy appointment downtown tonight, and I am riding my bike 7 km there, 5 km back.
