Looks like flu season may be starting early, before the vaccines get rolled out in fact.
Although it could be Noro, there's always a wave of that just after school starts ....
Same old, same old for exercise...30 minutes on the treadmill when I get home...then a 45 to 60 minute walk with the dogs.
B - 2 yogurts (I was too late to the cafeteria to get my egg and toast

S - apple
L - taco salad (less the shell)
S - banana and/or grapes
D - WW Smart Meal - Chicken with broccoli (or something like that)
S - don't know...but will need to get my protein up

B - 1 ww english muffin with a bit of light Havarti
S - coffee + milk + sweetner and 1/2 later 8 roasted almonds
L- 1/2 a cup of pasta fagoli soup from soup it up (1/2 a small container) and 1 mini ww roll
S - probably 1 sugar free pudding cup
D- not sure yet, but probably 1 omlet made with 1 egg and some mushrooms & spinach & onions
S- again not sure but usually have something around 8 or 9 pm maybe just a decaf coffee + milk
I go on vacation startig the 24th to Europe, that will be an experience to see a/ how people will react to my 87 lbs gone and b/ how I choose to eat now...it will something!
Life is full of challenges...we take things one step at a time...

I worked til 1:00 and heading to my son's hockey tourney in Markham for tge weekend with hubby Shawn.
Well it's been an interesting 2 weeks....the bloody scale hadn't moved

WTF!!!! I'm sticking yo my Oman but it's do frustrating.
I only ran/walked 2x this week. So busy with kids activities. I said to myself that this ends this week and I WILL EXERCISE NEXT WEEK!! and make time for me. Shopping at Costco sometime this weekend too! Going to try that new protein drink and get done more protein bars. They are so handy when your traveling or just in a rush.
My patients are really starting to notice my weight loss and I'm
getting many compliments(I guess that's what jeeps ms motivated)
B and lunch - cottage cheese 1/2 c with 1/2 can of tuna
S- 1/2 gala apple (yummy fresh from the market)
D- going out for dinner????
S- 1/2 protein bar
All vitamins and water, have a great weekend!!
