Misleading labels: what are we supposed to do?
All the PostMedia papers in Canada are running a story gleaned from this one in the Ottawa Citizen today:
"Most imported fooods contain inaccruate nutritional info, inspections show"

That's really problematic for us, because we WLS'ers rely so heavily on labels.
I guess we're going to have to trust that the Canadian food suppliers try to be accurate in their nutritional data .... and buy foreign-produced food with a "grain of salt". Ha ha.
