10 cal vitamins water drinks
I was drinking them constantly. I never counted the vitamins for anything it was just part of my water intake. I lean more toward the crystal lite lemonade now because I just hate plain water.
They are also good option when your out and about and need some emergency hydration as most corner stores etc now carry them.

I drink Vitamin water with zero calories ALL THE TIME..I believe the brand I drink the most of is Sobe
Sobe also has a zero calorie vitamin water called Sobe Pure..no artifical flavouring or colors
I can't see whay they couldn't be consumed during pre-op..there is no sugar or claories, it's just flavoured water..
after sugery it's a + to be able to drink them to get your fluid intake in...I don't like regular unflavoured water and since we can't drink the flavoured/carbonated waters..it's the next best thing.
