does anyone have any good upper arm exercises to do to help with bat wings?

referral: October 2010, Orientation: Feb 14, Surgeon: March 18

1. get in your car
2. grip the wheel tightly,
3. Make turning motions, one way and then the other.
4. Until you get to the plastic surgeon's office.

sorry..just being silly. Look for tricep exercises on youtube. that's the muscle group you're working on. You should balance them with bicep exercises. Will likely not take all of the loose skin away tho.
