3 Month Check-Up

I had my 3 month check-up at St. Joe's Hamilton today.  All went well.  My BP was good, as were most of my blood results.  The only issues I have are my Vit A and Zinc are the tiniest bit below normal, but the nut said I can bring those back up with food (ie, sweet potatoes, dark green veg, yellow veg for the Vit A), or take a supplement if I want to (which I might do with the Zinc since low zinc is what causes the hair loss).

Weight loss it right on track with an average of 2.5 lbs/week (even with my 3 1/2 week stall).  Overall, they and I were very pleased with my results.

And I had no issues whatsoever with the staff.  Parking is another matter.

Those are great results, and great results are a great motivator!  Good work!

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

Pssst .... I'd rather lose some hair than eat oysters. Thanks, anyway.

Congratulations!!  Good job.   Just think of parking as a fitness item.....the long hike from where you can park to getting to your appt. and back.....
