Quick poll - who's sleepless?

I have insomnia big time but then I have been this way for at least 16 years.  Most times even sleeping pills won't knock me out.  My brain is in overdrive all the time and I can't seem to shut it off at night.  When I do happen to fall asleep, I will wake up and just have to go do something or make myself a note for morning.  If I do nothing then I can't get back to sleep no matter what.

Recently I was talking with a friend from Barrie ON who sees a Chinese herbalist and she said that she occasionally takes RELORA to promote sleep, without any "hangover" effect. Its an herbal compound that is supposed to calm you and reduce stress and anxiety and promotes restful sleep. I told her of my sleepless nights and that hubby was having trouble sleeping since our son died.. and she suggested we consider trying this herbal supplement to see if it would help us get more relaxed sleep. So.. last night, for the first time, I took one 300mg Relora capsule (bought the herbal compound from Well.ca) about an hour before bedtime. I slept for 6 hours straight.. holy cow!!! its been ages since I have slept that long! Then I awoke to go to the bathroom and then my back started up so I applied the hot packs and did the stretching exercises and took a tramacet, then returned to bed for 3 more hours sleep.. Today I felt marvelous after getting a total of 9 hours sleep.. a new woman! I had enough energy to walk 6.2 miles, to do my housework, baked some otter bars, and spent some time with hubby doing things he wanted to do.. I have not had this much get up and go for a while, always tired from not enough sleep. I think that I will try Relora once in a while when sleep seems to elude me.
I was amazed that it worked and I awoke feeling rested, with no noticeable adverse effects.

Not sure what's in 'Relora' but I absolutely swear by Melatonin!!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melatonin

I generally 'work out' after my workday, and often times, by 11pm, my body is still totally pumped up, and even the though of sleep seems absurd!   I use it a few times a month, more if I'm going through a cycle of insommnia.  Both my kids and hubby have used it as well.   (great for Christmas Eve, or the night before vacation to make sure they can get to sleep!)

Give it a whirl - what have you got to lose!?!   (other than bags under your eyes!)
Costco has the best deal on it-  and their pills are sublingual!
