that is great to hear Beth.  What brand name are they?   Costco has so many different ones.  My head was spinning and didn't know what kind to get when I went.

Hi Beth :)

I'd be interested in the brand name you got.  I have never seen calcium citrate with 600g per tablet.  That would be awesome!   I'd like to check these out.

Thanks
Cheryl

I think the brand was Costco's generic (not sure, since I don't have the bottle with me).  It's not showing on their website, I'll see if I can find out from home.

I split them and either take them with water, or crush them into my morning yogurt.  As for multi-vitamins, I take pre-natal, and do the same thing (split).

I haven't seen the liquid one at Ancaster, but then I haven't been looking for it either.

I think i might try the liguid calcium.  I figure if i can take Buckley's cough syrup, I hope i can tolerate the liquid calcium.
Thanks for all the tips.

That is great news!  I will check next week.

Check the bottle carefully, because it probably says 600mg per serving and a serving is usually 2 pills.  So 600mg=2 pills.

The front of the bottle says "600mg".  It doesn't say "per serving", just 600mg.  So that would indicate 600mg per tablet.  (They're bigger than the 300mg's I have been taking, too.)

Check the side of the bottle where the ingredients are listed.  See if it says 600 mg per 2 pills.  One 600mg pill would be HUGE!

Are you sure it is 600IU for a pill? or 600IU for a serving which is 2 pills?

Either way i am glad to hear it is back

If it IS 600 per pill then I need to get this ASAP.  I am trying to decrease the number of pills I have to swallow if possible.  Of course I'm willing to swallow as many as it takes to stay on track with my supplements, but wouldn't mind if there was a way to do it with less.  I will definately look into this!

Thanks for posting about it :)
