Morning all :)

Cruddy rainy day - but hey, at least it's not snow. lol  Working, then errands, then off to cawfee night!

B - coffee with milk x2, protein shake
S - 1/2 an apple, 21g cheddar, 2 melba rounds
L - open faced toasted tomato and turkey sandwich with a little mayo (1 bread)
S - sf/ff yogurt
D - Tim's chili (I think), no bun
S - coffee with milk with the gang! :)

Basic errands today too and maybe a little "me" shopping....okay who am i kidding....scratch that "maybe" part lol.

Eating has been been real bad this past weekend so back on track for me.  Attempting to decarb....man those carb things are evil I tell ya.

B - protein shake

S - turkey pepperette/cheese string

L - salad with protein (prob chicken if im out or canned salmon if i pack a lunch from home)

S - greek yogurt

Su - pork roast with veggies/salad

S - cheese/pickles/hot sauce

Water and vits in.  Have a good one!

Carbs are the DEVIL. Between the potatoes, stuffing and (gasp) potato chips this past weekend, I'm in need of a detox myself. lol

m.m.m.m.m.m carbs!!(jk) THEY ARE THE DEVIL! LOL
So, yesterday I went to the store and some bread at the deli caught my eye. I am allllllways one for sticking to the same old thing and don't usually go out of my element- my bf says "you're predictable!" about me all the time. Anyways, I picked up the bread and looked at the nut facts and I was impressed, 16gcarbs per slice, 4g fibre, 5g protein and 2.5g fats. I bought it! dimpflmeier healthy living prebiotic multigrain bread. I have to try new things!

fibre1 bar
B- 1/2 egg and cheese sandwich
L- leftover slice of my pizza
D- not too sure yet, I will be out- maybe a salad
snacks- cottage cheese w/grapes, I'm actually not too sure what else for today, hmmmm...... LOL

all water, tea and vitamins in for the day

Good morning, everyone.

I haven't been posting on this thread lately; I'm absolutely drowning, between school, 2 jobs, and kids, and just haven't been able to find time for the forum.  Do I sound stressed (lol)?  I admit that there has been a bit of stress eating (I had salt and vinegar crispy mini's, too many of them, at 8:30 last night after working an 11-hour shift) but, in general, I've been sticking to the plan.  I have classes from 11:30 to 9 pm today, so here's the food plan:

B - >1/2 C greek yogurt, 1/3 C strawberries, 2 T Kashi Go Lean cereal
S - decaf tea w/ milk; later, 1/2 oz LF havarti and 2 oz grapes
L - 1/2 turkey sandwich w/ LF mayo, raw veggies w/ tzatziki
S - small pear, LC light cheese wedge
D - teriyaki beef stir fry w/ lots of veggies (no rice)
S - 1/2 Atkins protein bar

 Got my 3 month appt today, I think I'm at about 70lbs lost, . I wanna meet with the nut to ask a few (like 70) questions. I have to do some other errands today too.

B- protein shake
L - I don't know
S - cheese string, or brie with a green apple
D - Steak, green beans (maybe au gratin) 
S - Only if  I need it

Welcome back Karen :)  Glad to see your smiling avatar on the board this morning. I am home with a sick little Olivia (sore throat, cough...blech), so that means pj's all day- and looks like the perfect day for it.  Can't wait to get out to coffee night tonight!  See you there.

B- coffee (my new order at Timmies is "large 2 milk 1 sweetener, 2 butter caramel shots"  mmmmmm, small pie of dark rye bread, well toasted with PB

S- Cheese string (or 2) and a handful of grapes

L- Chilli with a few melba rounds

S- protein shake

D- My version of a Sheppard's Pie, but with turkey.  Gotta use up all those leftovers!

S- Source Vanilla Apple Tango yogurt.  yumyum.
