Hopefully things get back to normal routine by this weekend

B - Bagel and creme cheese

l - home-made pea soup..yummm

d - protein ( will shop after work) plus veg

s - not sure but will be something

B- dairyland cottage cheese apple berry blend
S- Hadad high protein pita with peanut butter
L- Pine nut rosted hummus with 3 baby carrots, 3 mushrooms and a 1/2 of chopped chicken for dumping.
S- Spicy Turkey peperette and light babybel
D- Chicken and veg Chilli
S- Peache greek yogurt or frozen chocolate yogurt

Good Afternoon ! It's a grey wet day. I've been slacking off this week.
I haven't run since Sunday. I hate running in the dark and rain. I am going after work no matter what the weather. I'm in a stall as well it's been 2 weeks.
I splurged this week and bought my self some cambio dress pants, size 8!!!
Slowly rebuilding my wardrobe. I found a good seamstress and she's going to alter some of my winter coats for me.
Ok, here's what's on the menu today....
B Greek yogurt, maple syrup and jadhi go lean cereal

L home-made (by my French CND mother) pea soup and a boiled egg. Yummy!!
S 1/2 apple
D ??? Not sure yet...maybe fish and salad
S 2 cups of popcorn

Well day three at the gym  I started getting up at 4am to go to the gym before work, I start work at 6:30. I was finding that if I went after work or after dinner I would find ways to talk myself out of going. This way I pack my bag and make my lunch the night before so I have no excuses.


B- protein shake

S protein shake

L- peameal bacon with some Cookin Green's (new to Costco) its a frozen mix with collard greens, spinach,     kale, sweet red pepper, and white beans.


D- For sure some of the Cooking Green's. Maybe with some shrimp.
