What are you eating/doing today? (Miserable Monday)

Morning all,

Why, oh WHY does the weekend go so damned fast?!  It's pouring here, but not too cold.  So dark this morning it looked like 8PM instead of AM when I got to work. LOL

Plan for today:

RNY 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 2 laughing cow herb and garlic cheese wedges, 3 crackers, 6 green grapes
L - small green salad, 4 oz tuna with a little mayo and green onion
S - yogurt, handful of Kashi Go Lean cereal
D - roasted chicken, spinach salad with all the fixings, poppyseed dressing
S - not sure

Work today.  My dad's getting started on painting the house, so it's better that I'm at work and out of the way.  Working 9-2 this week - my boss realized we were supposed to be adding time each week. 

On the menu today:

B: Egg Whites Wrap - 1/4c. Egg Whites [carton kind], FF Cheddar, Whole Grain Small Wrap - Welcome back eggs!  I've missed you!

L: Turkey Wrap.  1 slice oven roast turkey, Whole Grain Wrap.  Reintroducing poultry a bit at a time.  So far, so good.

D: Pork Kebab & Veggies

S: Yogurt & 1/2 Pomegranate [morning snack]
S: Protein Shake [afternoon or evening snack]

I found the weekend took forever to be over with.  Was never so effin happy to see 6am come and to see his ass leave the house.  Can't stand dealing with *****y men.

I'm still sick but can finally taste things again so I'm eating up leftovers.


B - 1 cup roasted tomato soup with fresh basil

L - 1 cup chili, orange

S - 1/2 cup greek yogurt with a tsp of SF jam

D - grilled pike, green salad with maple dressing

S - if hungry will have a honey crisp apple

Funny how they're so predictable.  Joe could have his leg hanging off by a thread and "walk it off", but give him a few sniffly days with allergies and LOOK OUT! lol

Glad you are feeling better Tracey.....and Karen I'm with you re the darkness....tough to get out of bed...I especially hate work-out mornings when its dark and cold and I really just want to stay in bed....however....ya gotta do what ya gotta do..

B - protein shake

s - latte - great morning for a s/f cinnamon dolce

s - ok -hungry...a few spoonfuls of yogurt with fruit

l - leftover meatloaf

s - more yogurt with blueberries

d - not sure.....hopefully just some protein and veg that I can eat

s - honeycrisp apple

All water - 3 litres at least - tea and coffee
And vits of course!

morning everyone

well monday is upon us...i dont have a whole a lot planned except going to the seamstress to get my coats altered.  Just bought them last fall and can't believe how even after being this far out of wls/plastics, my body has changed.  Thought those days were over.  I'd rather alter them than go buy new ones if the price is right...here's hoping!  I apparently have a coat fetish...yikes.

food for the day:

B - protein shake

S - turkey pepperette

L - tuna on lettuce and 2 ryvita

S - banana

Su - looks like steak today and veggies - prob broccoli

S - nsa jello/pudding or protein bar

Water and vits/pills in.  Have a good one!

I found that my body continues to change, even now. Like things are "settling in". 

Thanks for the reminder - I have 3 coats that need to go to the dry cleaner sooner than later.  I'm afraid I seem to have a small coat addiction myself. lol
