thanks for posting...lots of good points..I have vertigo so reading items that are completly in italics or don;t have paragraph structure make it a bit difficult, so I cut and pasted it into a word docuemnt.

Shhh, don't tell anyone but I'm not having issues with water, vitamins, protein etc. It too easy, I've totally embrassed the new lifestyle and am LOVING IT.... i hope (I know) it will last.
I'm going to post this on my fridge just the same.
