 Love it!!!! Exactly echoed that nasty voice in my head.  I know this surgery has given me a backbone...because I can feel the end of the damned thing everytime I sit down!!!

thanks for posting...lots of good points..I have vertigo so reading items that are completly in italics or don;t have paragraph structure make it a bit difficult, so I cut and pasted it into a word docuemnt.

great article..and truly...it simply comes down to accepting responsibility, being accountable and growing up~!!

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss. 

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

Shhh, don't tell anyone but I'm not having issues with water, vitamins, protein etc. It too easy, I've totally embrassed the new lifestyle and am LOVING IT.... i hope (I know) it will last.

I'm going to post this on my fridge just the same.
