Morning all :)

Can I just whine for a moment and say that I am sick of rain and wind and cold?  Thank you.
Blood work this morning, now at work.  And some theiving asshat has taken my laughing cow cheese from the office fridge!  Seriously, who does that? lol

RNY 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - yogurt with a sprinkle of Kashi Go Lean
L - tuna wrap with lots of veggies, about 1/2 the wrap part, all the guts
S - not sure yet.  I *would* have cheese and crackers but........
D - spicy meat/veggie sauce with a little pasta
S - apple wedges, 21g cheddar

Work today.  Freakin' freezing in the office.  I need to remember to bring a sweater. 

On the menu today:

B: Egg White Wrap [1/4c. egg whites, ff cheddar & whole grain wrap]

L: Peanut Soup - I didnt bring anything so I'll have to buy today

D: Same as lunch.  A small soup lasts me 3 meals.

S: Extend Peanut Butter Bar

Good morning!

May karma prevail on the office cheese thief lol.  We had a lady in our office who used to take people's lunches...the bag and all.  I don't get some people!

Cold and rainy here too.  Still relaxin under my warm comforter.  Car-less today so no big plans...i could clean and do laundry but that plan looks much better on paper....

B - gazzillion coffees to warm up

S - protein shake

L - tuna on a lettuce

S - meat roll ups

Su - took out hamburger but not sure what to do with it....hambured out and meat loafed out...maybe will look up some recipes while snuggled in this bed of mine

S - nsa jello/pudding

water and vits in.  Have a good one.

Shared fridges are bad for stuff going missing.  People are hungry and check out the fridge and take others stuff all the time.  We used to all put our names on our stuff because far too often someone's yogurt would go missing, etc.  Even that didn't work the greatest.  I'm sick of the cold and the dark, change the effin time already.


B - coffee and hummingbird muffin(****ty choice but don't feel like cooking)

L - bowl of chili, apple for dessert

S - latte

D - shephard's pie, grilled asparagus

So true.  A friend of mine when I worked with the school board kept having her can of pop go missing - like daily.  So she wrote her initials on the bottom of the can with permanent marker so she could figure out who was taking it when they took a sip. It worked! LOL

Best investment ever?  A small bar fridge to hide beside my desk.  No one knows it's there as I disguised it with some fabric across the top and I have it sandwiched between my desk and the wall.  Stores all of my goodies.  :)
Ditto on the rain.  Enough already!  I have to run tonight and do not feel like being soaked to the bone.  Go away!  At this point I'd even prefer snow.  Atleast then the kiddies would be outside for recess.  (I know....I should be flogged for even mentioning the evil "s" word, but really...any other form of precipitation would suffice for me.

B- small piece of rye bread with pb, skinny cinnamon latte from Starbucks

S- greek yogurt with homemade cranberry/blueberry sauce

L- salisbury steak with asparagus

S- mini can of tuna, maybe a cracker or 2 

D- homemade veggie soup, no noodles or bun *BOO*, and minus most of the broth (trying the "stoup" thing)

S- Protein shake after my 6km tonight.

Fabulous idea - and I would totally consider it if we didn't move to an open concept cubicle situation.  Unfortunately, my workspace is visually fair game! lol

Good afternoon!

I'm sick of this drearyness too! Got up thus morning to run and decided I would run inside on the treadmill(never used it yet). Well I put on my workout stuff and grabbed my runners. The dog starting getting excited but soon realized that we were heading downstairs.
I got on the treadmill and she looked at me , then the treadmill and couldn't figure out what was going on. Poor thing! I felt bad because she didn't move and had this sad/confused look on her face. Dogs are funny. Hopefully I can take her out after work and go for a walk. They are predicting some snow flurries tonite!!!

Ok, here's what's on the menu today....

B Greek yogurt, maple syrup and granola

S 1L water

L 3 oz jerk chicken , cottage chees and brussel sprouts

S 1 L water

D fish, salad with pine nuts, feta and sundries tomatoes

S veggies and hummus

Vitamins and more water and a hot tub to get warm!!
