Awww... poor doggie. I get the same look from my cat when I go into the kitchen and he doesn't get more food in his dish. lol

If it snows here I'm seriously going to scream.

Hi Everyone, this is my first post on here....What are you eating today post....

I am not too happy being 8weeks out and I have to take a week off from running because I hurt my shin.....dumb, dumb, dumb.....But I still am doing pilates....

B one home made banana muffin with protein (from WLS for dummies recipes)
L 1 cup of chicken with veg and potatoes in that one cup
S I have no idea yet...

All waters in all vitamins in..

As for snacks, I feel at this point that If I have any I will not be able to either get all my water in or eat three meals a day...

Hi Linda, welcome :)

You're able to eat a whole cup of food at 8 weeks out? Wow.

I dont really think I am ready to be posting here yet.....but I just wanted to tell someone how exciting it was to eat a scrambled egg this morning!!! Well...it was actually 1/4c of egg beaters but still....IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!

It took me a good 40 minutes and I had to reheat it a few times too lol
(speaking of which...how to you manage to keep stuff hot while you are trying to eat??)

the rest is boring; broth and protein shakes which pretty much take me all day to consume. Its really a full time job to eat and drink all the stuff you're supposed in these first few weeks, isnt it?

You're so lucky to be able to tolerate eggs so early out!  Eggs and I officially broke up for about 4 years. lol   Yes, it truly is a full time job to eat and drink for a while.  Takes a looooong time to get everything in.  As for keeping food warm, some people have had good luck with those little electric mug warmer plates.

Hi all,

Speaking of office thieves, I worked with a guy who told me a story about the day a co-worker took his lunch and then sar in front of him and ate it, not knowing whose lunch he had taken.

True story according to him!

B - WW whole wheat bread with peanut butter, cantaloupe

L- tilapia, broccoli, cantaloupe

Snack - atkins bar

D - buffalo chicken breast, carrots, cucumber, blue cheese drsg

Prayin' for some more sun and takin' a hot bath in the meantime.

Afternoon all!! Figured I'd post what I ate today, and keep going from there.

B - 1/2 12 grain bagel with margarine
S - Apple slices
L - Tim Hortons Chicken Wrap (Only eat about 1/2 the wrap)
S - 1 cup dry cereal (Fibre One Honey Clusters)
D - Tacos - Probably baking them to make the wrap nice and crispy.. but still won't eat the majority of it.
S - Cheese and Apples I'm thinking!!

1 Large Coffee
2 Bottles of Water (500 ml)
1 Sprite Zero (Can)

I think tracking it helps me think about portions when I'm eating. I"m surprised how well today looks all written out.  Carbs still up there. I'm going to cut cereal out when I'm eating a bagel for breakfast and replace it with a protein

Glad to see you posting.  Agree re. the cereal - it's just carbs.  A protein snack would be terrific.
