What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)

Morning all :)

I am sooooooo tired for some reason!  Even coffee isn't working yet.  Must mean I just need more. LOL  Working today and then we're supposed to be going to a Hallowe'en thing tonight.  Which really just means drinking, karaoke and a few peeps in costumes, myself not included.  Though I do have a cute hairband with bobble-head ghosts on top.  Hopefully I can stay awake long enough to attend. haha

Plan for today:

B - coffee with milk x several, protein shake
S - yogurt with a sprinkle of trail mix for crunch
L - 1 rye toast topped with chicken salad, a couple of baby carrots with a little spinach dip
S - cup of tea, 2 laughing cow wedges, 2 melba rounds
D - I'm not sure. :(  I feel so disorganized today.  Perhaps leftover meat/veggie sauce with a little pasta to fini**** up
S - a few beers if I can muster up the energy. lol

Back to work today.  Thank goodness!  Being at home with my dad when he's painting is a workout!  He had me running around non-stop yesterday!

On the menu today:

B: 1/4c. egg whites w/ 1/2oz light cheddar
L:  8 small swedish meatballs [cooked in ff turkey gravy]
D: pork kebabs w/ asparagus
S: 1oz light cheddar w/ 4 low carb-gluten free crackers, Grok parm snacks

Good morning, everyone.  I have an exciting day and weekend ahead!  One of my closest friends (who moved to Toronto over a decade ago) is coming for a visit.  I haven't seen her in about 7 years.  I'm also finally taking a couple of days off from school work while she's here; I haven't taken a day off since the first week of Sept.  Food might be tricky this weekend, as we have plans for many meals out, meeting up with old friends.  I need to keep the carb monster in check!

B - >1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/3 C strawberries, 2 T Kashi Go Lean cereal
S - think I'll just stick to decaf tea w/ milk, as I'll probably have lots of calories later
L - 3 oz turkey, salad w/ LF dressing, pickles
S - 1/2 protein bar or protein shake
D- out for Chinese or pho
S - no idea; maybe nothing, depending on what I eat for dinner

We have sun today so all my tiredness is gone.  Coffee helped as well though.  :-)  I think we are going out tonight as well but just to friends' house for many bottles of wine.  I think we may need to take a cab home.


B - 2 eggs with feta and grilled peppers mixed in

L - green salad with tuna on top

S - pumpkin spice latte, apple

D - eating out so chicken and veggies or chicken and salad

S - way too much red wine

He usually behaves but I don't think he will tonight.  LOL  We made 7 different kinds of wine between the two couples and tonight is testing night.  7 bottles will be opened to compare so no getting away with behaving with that going on.

Sorry I haven't posted much recently - I've been battling a staph infection in a cut finger, and it's all abscessed and nasty. Very painful. Makes it hard to type.
Looks like the (liquid) antibiotics are finally kicking in, though - so I can reach for the keypad again.

B - 1 whole cinnamon raisin bagel, over 2 hours. (I know - bad girl)
S - large coffee, Greek joghurt w strawberries
L - ? - been invited over to a co-worker's house.
S - Greek joghurt w strawberries
D - tuna on rye

A friend called and invited me out to a show (FELA! at the Canon Theatre downtown) tongiht - should be fun.

good morning everyone

Well it sounds like you all have some fun things planned this weekend.  Enjoy!!  Not sure of my plans.  I was invited to go to a halloween party tomorrow night but quite frankly halloween scares me (in adult form)lol...too many freaks with masks that come up to you and you don't know who they are.  I love halloween for the kids tho.

Not much planned for the day.  just got back from getting my hair cut/dyed.  Contain your excitement for me please...lol

B - coffees...never had a chance to eat, running late

L - hamburger patty with cheese, pickles, tomato wrapped in a lettuce leaf.

S - turkey pepperette/cheese string

Su - probably left over chicken, veggies and potato

Water and vits in.  Have a good one!
