Took me awhile to figure it out ... of course, it's very simple.
Under "My OH", "Settings", "General". Scroll down to close to the bottom. There's a checklist of how you would like your name displayed. Choose what you want, save and you're done! (I had to amend my name in the upper section of "General" because I had "Elizabeth (Beth)" and that's how it would have shown up.)
