I'm 9 months out, and still use Beneprotein by Nestle a LOT. It mixes well (use as you would corn starch in a gravy - slow and easy into a slightly warm liquid, then add it to whatever you are eating), and is tasteless. I get mine from Sick Kid's Hospital in TO (they have a food shop and will deliver on-line orders), but I believe most pharmacies will order it in.

I got one from GNC that is unflavoured, though it is just slightly sweet (it has a small amount of sucralose in it). My father in law, who is recovering from lung transplant surgery, had some in tomato soup and said he didn't notice any sweetness at all. I'll probably choose the beneprotein or the unflavoured one at the Low Carb Grocery next time though as I plan to use it in mostly savoury items, but I would think this one would be just fine for adding to sugar-free pudding, etc.
