What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Morning all :)
I have a later start to my day today - co-facilitating a training session/focus group off-site today, so I don't have to go into the office. Yay! Getting my hair did after work (my gawd it grows quickly) and then home for a late dinner. Lunch is provided at the session, so not sure what my eats will be.
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - tea, cantelope chunks
L - ? hopefully something proteiny
S - likely nothing
D - roasted chicken, brussel sprouts, 1/2 red potato, a little butter

B-1/3 cup protein shake
S-2 tbsp cottage cheese w/protein powder with 1 tsp Unsweeted Apple sauce w/protein powder
L-1/4 cup cream of mushroom soup w/protein powder and 1 tbsp of apple sauce to mix with liquid calcium.
S-1/4 cup protein shake
D- 3 tbsp of Nacho Soup w/protein powder
S- rest of protein shake 1/4 of a cup
All vits, protein, post op meds and 4 cups of water in!

Ya she should consider herself lucky I love her cause I would have beat her lol now she is sleeping at the foot of my recliner. And you aren't kidding about a full time job. It's like meals and snacks run into each other but I remember everyday gets better. And as everyday passes I start to feel more and more human.

S - 1/2 greek yogurt, 1/2 vanilla yogurt, (about 120grams in total) with 2 tbsp all bran buds
L - home made veggie chili
S - apple, piece of cheese
D - chicken, some kind of veggie
S - turkey pepperette.
Going to try to remember vitamins, and stay away from carbs that arent fruit, veggies or all bran.
