What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning, everyone!
I have the usual crazy Thurs; I'm at school (about to start getting some work done), and have 9 hours of classes starting at 11:30. Brought all of my food for the day except dinner, and will buy something before my last class.
B - >1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/3 C strawberries, 2 T Kashi go lean cereal
S - decaf tea w/ milk; later, a medium pear
L - salad w/ LF dressing, 3 oz turkey, 2 whole grain crackers
S - 2 oz grapes, 1/2 oz LF old cheddar
D - don't know; maybe stir fry without the rice or noodles, extra veggies
S - protein shake

Morning;
Returned late last night from 4 great days in Vegas.....oh how I love that place....ate like a little piggy though so back to the grindstone today

l - home-made pea soup with ham
s - yogurt with berries
d - basa with veggies
s - ryecrisp with laughing cow or an apple...
All water and vits....missed my water the past few days....
