Exasperated!
Why doesn't Patrice answer the phone at TWH anymore? Seriously, I love Patrice! She is so organized and on the ball but the last two times I've called someone else has been answering and when I said today that it's been 2 weeks since my last appointment and I'm looking to book my surgeon appointment she took my name and blue card number and said someone would call me back! That's what they did last week and guess what, they never called me back!!
It's getting too close to the holiday season now - the two people that were supposed to be taking time off to help me care fo rmy children need to book vacation now or they won't be able to!

If I recall correctly from my last conversation Patrice doesn't do that part anymore. The job has been split between Sharon and Patrice. Sharon does all the appt bookings.

Patrice isnt a the front anymore - plus you dont get to book your sugeron appointment - once the assessment team says you are good to go then the surgical team books your appointment through the clinic - its once again a waiting game
Surgery Date - AUGUST 22, 2011 - Ran first 5KM Race - Oct 14, 2012 (28 min) - Currently maintaining a healthy 190 lbs and training for my first half marathon in the summer of 2013
Ask to speak to Sharon. She was the one that was booking surgeon appointments when I got mine. Try to get a surgeon from TWH as I think they have the shortess wait times
