Work today for me too :(
Nothing much going on other than that. Im in a dreaded plateau. My weight hasnt budged in 2 weeks. I think I'm gonna put the scale away for the month of November and weigh again on Dec. 2nd.
On the menu today:
B: Protein Shake
L: Protein Shake - after yesterday's foamies, I didnt feel like cooking anything.
D: Not sure. I'll try some ground meat and ricotta cheese mixture.
S: I have 1/2 an Extend Bar in my bag but not sure if I'll eat it. It's there just in case I'm hungry or needing something sweet.

2 weeks is just a "pause". It's just your body trying to catch up and get with the program.

True...and while it figures out what it wants to do, I think it's best I not look at that scale! It'll drive me nuts. I know it's going to take time to see the changes on the scale and I'm not going to see a loss every week.
I remember reading once that you said you trusted the process and I've got to do that. Trust that the weight WILL come off as long as Im following the rules.

You're right - I had complete faith in the process. I never stressed over the scale, even though I weighed daily. I know it's hard to do. I guess I was just naive enough to "believe". LOL

BELOW GOAL
Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!
Life is GREAT!!!
Had my plastic surgery!
You know Leanne, I find your weightloss journey so inspiring.
You are a very active person, and you're so well balanced in your approach food.
The fact that you're now below goal is pretty darn impressive.
I've got a birthday dinner to go to this evening, but my friend and I have agreed to split the dishes, and go for a nice long walk in the gorgeous weather after dinner. (That's how I'm justifying the dinner in my mind, anyway!!!)
B - bowl of Cheerios, coffee
S - cottage cheese
L - turkey pepperette, Babybel, 10 grapes
S - protein bar + water
D - 1/2 mixed salad, 1/2 plate penne w smoked salmon
1 litre water
Multivitamins in, calcium and B3 still to go.
