I think I drank my protein shake too quickly today.

Just as I got the last of it down, I felt it starting to happen. Sure enough, there it was.

But on the up side, I added 1/2 a banana to it, so at least the foamies had a flavour!

What a card!

Only you could have a positive take on the Foamies.

Believe it or not, it was 6 MONTHS before mine started to subside.

But just like you, I'm a bit of a Pollyanna - at least it helped me lose a lot of weight quickly ...
