What are you eating/doing today? (Fabulous Friday!)
Afternoon all :)
Better late than never I suppose! I've been facilitating training for the past two days and I'm pooped! It's made me realize how much I miss the training aspect of my job though. Must fix that. TFIF!
B - coffee with milk x 2, several green grapes
S - 1/4 bagel, light strawberry cream cheese, tea
L - 1/2 wrap with ham, cheese and lots of veggies, a little green salad
S - coffee with milk
D - not sure! Joe is cooking. Protein and veg I'm sure.

I meant to start this thread earlier today but ended up getting distracted by a horrible, tedious paper that I'm trying desperately to write! Thanks for getting it started (again), Karen.
B - toast (yes, a whole piece of ww toast; PMS carb craving hell!) w/ peanut butter
S - decaf tea w/ milk x2
L - 2 oz ham, boiled egg, 2 T baked beans (making up for this morning's carbs)
S - about to have a protein shake
D - don't know; taking my son and possibly my niece out for something, will do my best to keep it healthy and must have some veggies
S - kiwi and havarti (a great combo I recently discovered)

I woke up to a lovely surprise this morning. Started out the week at 188 and am ending the week at 183. Yay!! It has been a while since I have lost a couple of pounds. That seems to be my M.O.- stall and then loose a bunch in a hurry. I was glad to see that I now meet the qualifications for "overweight". Goodbye "Obese"!!!

I didn't start eating til noon so my eating is way off today. Way too many carbs but I'm not home and always tougher to eat right. Heading home shortly and my hunny said he will surprise me with a late dinner, oh I can only imagine what it will be. Take out or pizza. LOL
B -Propofol and saline IV drip. LOL

S - 2 oz turkey, 1/4 cup mashed taters and gravy
D - whatever he makes or orders
S - a shared bottle of malbec, it's been a rough week for both of us so need to unwind.

He actually made chicken wings and had the bottle of wine opened when I got in. I really did have propofol for breakfast. The anesthesist was joking when he told me he was going to give me MJ's drug of choice but he'd not leave the room and I'd live.
Very bad girl today.
I've got a vacation day, which is great for sleeping in, but not so great if you're feeling like doodoo. Monster headache and all stuffy. Methinks a cold is coming on.
B - 1 soft-boiled egg, slice rye bread w peanut butter & sugar-free jelly
S - large frothy decaff latte w SF caramel syrup & 2 Tylenol
L - large Chai
D - bowl of chili
S - bag of 100-calorie popcorn
1 litre water with more Tylenol

530am- 1 slice of toast and 2scrambled eggs, made a 1/2 a sandwich out of it and ate about 3/4 of it
9am- greek yoguart
11am- laughing cow cheese and 4 breton crackers
1pm- some salad w/cheese
3pm- small bag of chips
6pm- "meatza" pizza but the crust is made w/lean ground beef- quite tasty, even the bf really liked it
830pm- frozen yoguart bar, fibre bar
all water and vitamins in for the day.
