3 month follow

i have my three month follow up on tuesday in ottawa.....i havent lost any weight since they saw me last....booo....hope they dont say anything......

no i havent lost any weight in 6 weeks but yes i lost inches tho.....

I am just over three months out as well .... and haven't lost anything in about a month, but I am losing tons of inches.

yes i am losing inches but scale arent moving.....its been 6 weeks since i lost weight...seem like i am on a long stand still or just need to get moving more.....
