What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
When you don't, which is a good brand to buy?

Yesterday was first time I bought them and I already put the package outside. I just grabbed a package that was in the same aisle as the pasta. They aren't dry like pasta but aren't wet either. They are in a package that are vaccuum sealed. They actually aren't bad for a store bought one. The secret is to never ever overcook or they are no longer fluffy. Once the water is boiled, they take about 3 mins to float and then I scoop them out quickly and serve immediately unless putting them in soup that is.
Thanks for that - I've seen the vaccuum packs and figured they'd be better as they certainly look more like gnocci than the dry ones. :o)

I am tired from the "Road trip" that hubby and I went on for our anniversary. Yesterday we drove from Hamilton to Pembroke (6 hours) via ON hwys and then home through Ottawa to 401 (9 hrs including a couple of rest stops to eat).
I got to meet Islandqueen38 and buy some fitness equipment which we will use to set up a home gym in the family room. The gyms can jump in the lake with their expensive family rates (even the YMCA charges $40/month for adults and $35/month for kids = $150/month for my brood = too expensive for us)
B - 2 laughing cow light triangles, baby carrots, celery & coffee (leftovers from trip)
L - scrambled eggs, onion, mushrooms
D - seasoned chicken breasts, sauteed peppers
water and coffee
vitamins in
