Just a sprinkle of bread crumbs. You could definitely use white mushrooms instead, I certainly have.

I'm late posting, been busy today.
B - eggs florentine sorta, scrambled eggs with baby spinach and feta
S - apple, babybel cheese
L - wasn't hungry so just had some mango and raspberries whirled in with 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
S - 3 sugar free lemon cookies
D - roast turkey, gravy, cranberries, mashed taters, roasted brussel sprouts

Had my first aqua aerobic class. Loved it. Let's see what my muscles are going to say in the morning. lol

S - 1 oz smoked pork loin, 1 fresh fig
L - 1.5 oz rottisserie chicken, 1/5 pomegranat
S - 1 oz cheese, 1/3 pomegranat
D - 1.5 oz greek yogurt

Looking good so far Alla. Your protein count is a wee bit low I think - if you can take in a couple more ounces of Greek yogurt perhaps, or add another shake, it would be perfect. Hope your body isn't complaining too much about the aquafit!
