Morning all :)
This insomnia is killing me I tell ya! Good thing I have my trusty new Keurig for some "get up and go" this moring! Man, I love that machine. I want one for my desk at work. lol
Working today, Dr. appointment later this afternoon, meeting Joe and my gf and her hubby for a ****tail and then home for BBQ'd burgers. Yummo!
B - coffee with milk x several (loving the Emerril Bold at the moment), protein shake when I get to work
S - cantelope and honeydew melon, 1 babybel, 1 melba toast
L - small bowl of the end of the chili
S - 5 green grapes, sf/ff yogurt
S - glass of red
D - BBQ burger, all the fixings, no bun; veggies and dip, potato for Joe, I'll skip

Working, then home, attempting to get some school work done. First day of my cycle (TMI?), so I'm feeling really crappy; it just keeps getting worse the older I get!
Bring on menopause!
B - >1/2C Greek yogurt, 1/3C strawberries, 2 T Kashi Go Lean
S - pear, 1/2 oz LF cheddar
L - 3 oz turkey, salad w/ LF dressing, 3 crackers
S - turkey pepperette, 2 oz grapes
D - don't know; DH is cooking tonight
S - SF jello

Woke up way too early and slept like crap last night. Not much on my agenda today other than work.
B - scrambled eggs with feta
S - apple and yogurt
L - 3 oz smoked salmon, braised baby bok choy
S - pumpie pie latte(homemade)
D - turkey, gravy, green salad

Morning, all :)
Not much doing today. At work :( Tonight I may stop and look at a few gyms near my house. My at home workouts are getting a bit repetative and I really miss having a lot of weights.
On the menu today:
B: 1/2c dry Special K Protein Plus Cereal - I need to seriously make a trip to Costco for some protein shakes!
L: 2 Stuffed Mushrooms. OMG! These are SOOOO good! Glad I made them last night.
D: Not sure. One of the gyms is beside a Fortinos so I'll likely pick up something. I want to try the PC Beef Bourginione [sp?].
S: 1/2 pomegranate & 2 Tirikopita - fillo filled with feta cheese.
