We're having a pot luck at work on the 25th and I think Im going to bring these.  So easy to make!  But I'll use the smaller button mushrooms.

We're having a pot luck on Dec 2nd. I'm always nervous about bringing anything with shellfish in them. I was thinking (scary!) of creating a stuffed mushroom that was identical (almost) to spinach dip. So I would add wilted and chopped baby spinach, water chestnuts, green onions, chives, cream cheese, the package of Knorr dry veggie soup powder, garlic and pepper and see how they turn out. I'll try it prior to the pot luck of course. LOL

Oops... and bread crumbs on the top.

Oops again - and some parmesan to sharpen it up a little.

I checked - no shellfish allergies but I'll label the dish too so people are aware that there's crab in it.   Anything with fish or shellfish is always tricky at potlucks.  But I want to bring something I'll eat and enjoy.

I always label anything I bring too.  But we're so political here at the City, I wouldn't dare bring shellfish or peanuts to a pot luck. LOL!

Good Morning everyone!  Still unfamiliar with posting but I will reply to Karen and she can forward the message for me.  It has been one year today that I had my RNY and it has been a wonderful journey.  I have lost 152 lbs.  and now weigh in at 137lbs.  I would like to thank KIaren my angel for all her support pr and post op, and everyone else.  And for anyone that is contemplating bariatric surgery, follow your heart!  It has been the best choice for me.  Thanks again, Maureen
