Simona, you're doing great with your protein intake. What I might suggest is to sub a fruit serving with a veggie serving and see how you feel about it.

Today I go so the dietian and get weighed for the first time since October 3rd (I've done 4 weeks of Optifast since than and 20 days since surgery)
Today's Plan-20 days post op!
S-Protein Shake (shocker)
L- 1 egg, 1tbsp greek yogurt/olive oil mayo, 1tsp pressed basil and 2 melba toast
S-Protein Shake
D-1/3 cup homemade turkey chili me thinks
S- The rest of that Protein Shake and 2 slices of tomato
Trying to up my water lately so the plan is 1 litre and a half!
vits in!

Morning
A few years ago I wanted to make something for my husband for Christmas involving all the ticket stubs to everything we had been to in our 25 years.....so I scrapbooked it....
Now I have a particular loathing for all things crafty.....the thought of a glue gun makes me nauseated...however I love my husband so I persevered and when I was finished it was wonderful...
So Karen - good for you and I hope Jesse appreciates all the friggin time etc it takes....lol
Sitting here wolfing down the last of the pot roast from a few night ago....my God its delicious!
B - 2 scrambled eggs with a bit of cheese
s - muffin
l - pot roast and veg
s - banana
d - hot Italian Sausages with salad
s - s/f caramel pudding
All water and way too much coffee....early start today
