Good Morning! LOL

It's 5am and we're getting ready to leave for TWH for my NP and SW appointments. Now this feels real! It's crazy, but just an fyi....getting up at 4am to leave early enough for a 8:30am appt. is no fun! But all for a good reason.

GOOD LUCK... and safe trip into Toronto!

Getting started is exciting but don't be disaapointed if appointments along the way get changed... I would have been done all mine last month but a couple got changed... hopefully next Monday mine will all be done... just a few tests and I'll be ready.

My Journey: Highest W= 349 Loss w/Weight Watchers= 296 Loss w/Optifast= 278
Referral: Aug.25/11 Orientation: Sept.26/11, Optifast: Dec.28/11 & Surgery: Jan 18/12

Total Loss= 187 lbs & Weight Loss since Dec 28/2011 w/Opti+WLS= 134 lbs.

Current Weight - April 2013 = 162.2

Hi Everyone!

I'm home from my day at TWH. All the appointments went really well....so much so that I'm going back next wednesday for my nutrition class! Then my remaing appointments are the first week on Jan! Moving so quickly...it's crazy! Thank you for all the support!
