What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
I"m sure I'll eventually find it if I actually look. LOL
I got the "My K Cup" attachment and really like that I can use my own coffee without buying the (quite) expensive K cups all the time if I don't want to.
I love my Keurig, but MAN! I am drinking a LOT more coffee since I bought it. Not to mention a lot more Baileys. LOL!

I just bought a mini Keurig last night. I am a Keurig virgin or sorts... not for long!
Oh, I'm a total Keurig newbie myself. lol
That my k cup thingy is way cool. Got it at Canadian Tire for $19.99.

I'm sure this will be a trip down memory lane for some of you who may of been on the bench a while but here's what Diane is eating today: please add suggestions if you like
B- 1/3 cup oat bran cereal with 1tbsp no added sugar apple sauce. 1/2 a small coffee
S- Shake "chocolate supreme"
L- 1/2 cup homemade celery root/almond paste soup (word to wise if making large portions and
freezing in individual bags do not....do not....put all the small bags in a large freezer bag and
freeze. Turns into a solid mass which can only be separated by a knife....)
S- Chicken broth (unjury 1 scoop to 8 oz warm water =20grams protein) yum
D- 1/3 cup minced Tuna (1 small pickle slice/onion/1 tbsp 1/2 the fat mayo) and one
LARGE MELBA TOAST I have to look through the package for one with no holes too. because one
with a big hole is just a rip off
S- greek yogurt with pumpkin pie spice.

Tracey and Karen I am reading your coffee talk while drinking my 3rd extra large - two of them from McCafe and a re-fill at the office.
We have a Starbucks coffee cafe type machine at the store here - makes pretty good mocha's and latte's - not quite the same as a stand alone starbux -and I would rarely drink them because of the sugar....but the coffee is just great....and of course the company is paying for it!
Pre-workout - protein shake
b - x-large coffee and a muffin
l - home-made pea soup
s - if needed - greek yogurt
d - out to a pasta night - will likely not have any pasta as I have had a carby day already....will eat the meats and veggies and antipasto
All water as usual and vits
Have a great one
Barb
What do you think of the McCafe coffee Barb?
