Do you take magnesium Mon?  Many people say that taking magnesium oxide keeps them regular.

Right now I'm doing Customer Service for the Insurance dept of a major bank.  I'm going back to Law School in Feb and it just cant come fast enough!  I have 2 more years to finish.  I really liked the job when I started 5 years ago.  Changes have made it really stressful.

Are you going back to school full-time?  That's certainly a light at the end of the tunnel!  Congrats!

No, it's part-time.  I can't afford to go back full time.  I don't want to take out any more student loans.

Ohhhh good god, I hear you on that one!  Hmmm... so a new job IS in order then.  I sense the stress is over your management.  Any chance you can change departments?

Honestly, for such a large organization, there are few opportunities to change departments.  I've done job shadowing in areas that interest me but nothing has been posted in these departments.

I've had collegues apply for other positions and I sit beside my manager and I hear her giving terrible references - I'm almost afraid to apply out.  I'd rather just go to another company altogether.  If I do that, the reference has to go through HR not my boss.
