What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)
Yay, it's Friday again! I'm happy to report that no one thought to steal my very last LC cheese wedge overnight. LOL I'm also happy to report that I finished my very first scrapbooking project - whew! Went to the Christmas Marketplace at City Hall yesterday - one thoughtful gourmet baker had thought to make sugar-free shortbread cookies! It is HUGE - I ate a third of it yesterday, I'll have some more today - delish! Not much on today other than work and then I'll pick up dinner. I'm not cooking, darnit.
Plan for today:
RNY 5+ years - maintenance
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - Laughing Cow cheese wedge, 2 melba toast, 1/2 honeycrisp apple
L - tuna sandwich with tons of veggies, hold the bread
S - other 1/2 of my apple
D - 4 oz rotisserie chicken, spinach salad with fruit and nuts, poppyseed dressing, small scoop of coleslaw, perhaps a tiny spoonful of potato salad
Have a fabulous Friday!! :)

B- small piece of flatbread with a couple tbsp. of ricotta cheese
S- tangerine, greek yogurt with homemade fruit puree
L- Weight Watchers Country Pot Roast (prob. just the meat and green beans- maybe a potato or 2)
S- the rest of my greek yogurt, a slice or two of genoa, a bit after that
D- Mango glazed Tilapia, asparagus, mashed potatoes
S- prob. nothing
This coming week, however, I shall live for Wednesday, as I'm taking the rest of the week off in commemoration of my aging.

Yeh another friday. Sorry everyone I'm still off from work post op. But it will be nice since friends and family will be around. No more junk clean up or laundry or "tasks" to perform....
Going to London to see a cousin's Gingerbread competition entry.
B- oatbran 1/3 cup with apple pie spice and apple sauce
S- shake
L- tuna / 2 melba toast (smallest with holes...someone has to eat them might as well be me)
S-shake
D- ready.......home made 1/2 c chili...it's a treat may have to chew till bedtime but it's going in.
Will take a kayaking trip summer 2012, freedom
As for the chili - a couple of pulses in the blender will make it smaller but not pureed. Might be easier to get in. :)
P.S. My melba toasts don't have holes. Not sure what brand you're buying. lol

Good idea about the mini pulse, I could only imagine what full puree would look like...
