Morning all!

Yay, it's Friday again!  I'm happy to report that no one thought to steal my very last LC cheese wedge overnight. LOL  I'm also happy to report that I finished my very first scrapbooking project - whew! Went to the Christmas Marketplace at City Hall yesterday - one thoughtful gourmet baker had thought to make sugar-free shortbread cookies!  It is HUGE - I ate a third of it yesterday, I'll have some more today - delish!  Not much on today other than work and then I'll pick up dinner.  I'm not cooking, darnit.

Plan for today:

RNY 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - Laughing Cow cheese wedge, 2 melba toast, 1/2 honeycrisp apple
L - tuna sandwich with tons of veggies, hold the bread
S - other 1/2 of my apple
D - 4 oz rotisserie chicken, spinach salad with fruit and nuts, poppyseed dressing, small scoop of coleslaw, perhaps a tiny spoonful of potato salad

Have a fabulous Friday!! :)

I live for Friday starting Sunday night. LOL

This coming week, however, I shall live for Wednesday, as I'm taking the rest of the week off in commemoration of my aging.

Well, I'll be out with the fabulous OH cawfee peeps on Wednesday night - and I shall have a couple of ****tails.  THEN the next day is my impending aging date, so I'll be going out - and sadly I'm sure people will purchase me drinks.  Well, not all that sadly, helll it's once a year. LOL  Friday is "recovery day". hahahahaha

A gingerbread competition?? Cool!  Can you take a couple of pics and share with us?

As for the chili - a couple of pulses in the blender will make it smaller but not pureed.  Might be easier to get in. :)

P.S.  My melba toasts don't have holes. Not sure what brand you're buying. lol

Will take lots of pictures.  This year is a free for all it can be a gingerbread house or anything.  Very interesting, to see what these talent people will come up with.
Good idea about the mini pulse,  I could only imagine what full puree would look like...
