good morning, wow busy place today :)
Finally got a new doctor and am meeting him today...yay! It didnt take long actually...once I connected with Health Care Connect.
B - nothing yet
S - mini turkey sausages and mustard
L - salad, chicken
S - cheese string
Su - pork tenderloin, vegg and couple small roasted potatoes
S - not sure ... protein bar maybe
Water and vits in, have a good one

Well AGAIN....holy ****erooo....25 replies before 11A.M.!!...so as i can see I am a little late on this post...
Just work today - got the Monday dont want to work stall.....kicking my ass right now to get going...

I am half way to my first goal today :) about 69 pounds off, 69 to go ... still in awe of this process and the health I have recouped !!!!

started putting up some Christmas decorations. Absolutely no energy...were did it go?
B Oat bran 1/3 cup with protein powder chocolate
S David's Tea oo la lemon then Low Fat laughing cow cheese with melba toast
L Tuna 1/3 cup with minced onion/pickle/mayo
S Turkey pepperette and then Protein chicken broth
S home made wedding soup with two tiny itsy bitsy meatballs mashed
S greek yogart with protein powder and SF cheese cake pudding
Walk at the mall. I hate the cold...I'm so cold. This coming from someone who always was warm and had a fan on my desk at work..

Had a cooking day with my mom, it was fun other then that not much else got done today, I've been craving salty crunchy so I made my own chips today it was either that or eat real ones and I figured I could control salt and thickness if I made them.
I know I'm late to be adding stuff, but I'm a bad food planner so this is just to keep me accountable
I LOVE True Blood also, but the twillight movies/books are like my little embarassing secret addiction

L- 1/5 apple string cheese and a few homemade potatoe chips
D- roast beef, with roasted carrots, potatoes and veggie packed salad
S- not sure still full from dinner

Ok, so it's 11 o'clock.... but at least I'm keeping my deal to myself and posting.
B-Greek yogurt w/ Kashi go Lean (put a bit of jelly to add a new flavour...xnay on that, tummy didn't want that)
L-Chilli
S-chicken w/ low carb wrap, pickles
Snack - "christmas orange" and almonds
1.5 L of non caff liquids. Tomorrow will be better.
